Kurulus Osman Episode 2 Overview

Kurulus Osman Episode 2 started with the Tekfur’s death when he was in his room. Everyone in the castle is now panic because of his death. Osman who was going out of the castle comes back and sees that those two women are inside the room. He suspects the women of executing Tekfur. The priest and the women have succeeded in taking relics and the treasure from Tekfur’s room. They come to know about the women that they are Muslims but not Christians. Sofia, who is much panic and angry, shouts at Tekfur’s commanders that they failed in protecting Tekfur. At the spot, Helen appears and tells Sofia that she has seen Osman coming out of Tekfur’s room after his death. Sofia readily orders the commanders to catch Osman but he fights and succeeds in leaving the castle after defeating them. After searching Tekfur’s room, Sofia comes to know that the relics and the treasure are not there. Sofia again becomes angry and asks Helen to go to report against Osman to Effendi Yannis. Osman meets with his Alps after leaving the castle and discuss Tekfur’s murderers. On the other side, Sofia is planning with Tekfur’s commanders to kidnap a relative of Osman to compel him to surrender.

Gunduz Alp and Dundar Bey are worried about Osman’s absence. Dundar Bey’s wife suggests writing a letter to Ertugrul, who is in Konya, to inform him about the situation prevailing here. Bamsi arrives at the spot to know about Osman but receives no response. Dundar Bey thinks of not writing a letter to Ertugrul as he is not of the opinion to inform him. When Helen reaches in the cave of Effendi Yannis, he is reciting the Holy Quran. When Helen tells him the whole situation he becomes angry and decides to go to castle himself. Now, there is the news prevailing everywhere that Tekfur has been killed by Osman. Osman secretly meets with priest to know about those women but priest replies that they live somewhere else.

Now Aygul and Burcin are on the screen washing the clothes and Burcin is showing her anger at Osman and Aygul is advising her to calm down but she moves away. While all this was happening, some soldiers appeared and kidnaped Aygul. Buricn while not understanding the situation, walks towards Dundar Bey who is busy in a meeting with his Beys about the agreement with the Byzantine Empire. Dundar Bey asks Burcin that why they kidnaped her and Burcin tells them that Osman has killed Tekfur. None of them believe and move towards the castle. The commander’s soldiers bring Aygul in the middle of castle and announce that they will kill her if Osman will not come out. Dundar Bey asks Sofia about his daughter after reaching the castle. They claim that Osman is the murderer of Tekfur but Dundar Bey isn’t agreed. They want Osman to prove that he is innocent. Suddenly, Osman Ghazi makes an entry on the screen. Sofia demands to call for a fair court in the presence of Kadis and Beys. Bamsi Bey accepts Sofia’s demand without having the other’s opinion.

After this decision, the soldiers take Osman to the dungeon. While Osman is in dungeon, the commander arrives and asks him about the case but Osman reverses the question to commander with rational support. The commander gets angry and leaves the dungeon while yet blaming Osman about Tekfur’s death. Sofia knows that Osman will escape from the dungeon so she asks Helen to call Theokles to follow Osman so that they can find sacred relics and the treasure. So exactly the same happens as the Osman Alps put the key of dungeon in the soup prepared for Osman. Bamsi Bey is also aware of Osman’s plan and he also tells Dundar Bey. Batur Bey is angry at Osman but he has to follow his father’s decision. After finding the key in soup, Osman frees himself and escapes from the dungeon while defeating the guards. Now Theokles is tracking Osman. When commander reaches the dungeon, he becomes angry while not seeing Osman there. After escaping from the castle, Osman meets with his Alps and the head Akinji Konur Alp tells them about the drawings of the castle.

Effendi Yennis reaches the castle. On the other side, Osman and Theokles are now fighting. Osman succeeds in capturing him and comes to know that he has been sent by Sofia. Effendi Yennis calls for Osman but he has been escaped. While Osman and his Alps are passing through the forest, they are stopped by a group of people in which also are those women. Women tell Osman that he has to come alone if he wants to know all the secrets. Now, the commander enters the room on the screen and orders the soldiers to arrest Sofia but they do not follow his command. Osman accepts the women’s offer and goes with them. They enter in a separate room and see a man waiting for them. He introduces himself as Edebali and friend of his father Ertugrul Ghazi. Osman asks him about the woman. Edebali says that Rabia Bala Hatun is his daughter. Edebali asks Osman to be with them to lit the resurrection fire. Osman agrees to join them on the condition to know about all the secrets.
